At Jones Dairy Farm, we ship your web orders with the goal of them arriving in the best possible condition when you expect them. Following are details about our shipping policies.

All items are shipped 2-day Fed Ex in individual hand-packed gift boxes. If you order multiple products, your products will arrive in separate shipments. This practice reduces the risk of product damage during shipping and helps ensure product wholesomeness. Shipping is charged for each individual box/item purchased.

We only ship Monday through Wednesday and never over the weekend. Expect delivery 4-7 days after the order is placed. You can select which week you’d like the item shipped from our warehouse. Please make every effort to make sure you or your recipient will be at their home or office when the Fed Ex delivery is expected.

Delivery charges are calculated by Fed Ex based on package weight and shipping distance. Our products tend to be heavy in weight; therefore shipping costs may appear high compared to product cost. Our pricing (cost plus shipping and handling) is competitive with other premium meats sold on-line, and our unsurpassed quality makes it a true value.

All ham items are shipped fresh with individual freezer packs to keep the product at a safe chilled temperature. Refrigerate the hams upon receipt. Scrapple and sausage are shipped frozen with packs designed to keep the product frozen. Freeze these items upon receipt.
